Learn more about The Community Choir

Our choir is dedicated to building connections and easing loneliness by creating friendly social atmospheres and communities through music and song. There is no pressure, expectancy, or requirements, you are in control of your progress.

We rehearse weekly in sessions that can be attended in person. Our rehearsals take place at 1 pm Thursdays at NewSpring Centre, Illingworth St, Ossett.

We wish to bring the spirit of music to all, and so, we aim to produce a bi-monthly performance to release to those who may not be able to join our live or online rehearsals but love music like us. These themed performances are released to Care Homes, Independent Living Schemes, Hospices, Hospitals, and individuals who are lonely or socially isolated.
